I'm not one who joins a challenge, because all of the ones I've seen, seem to have a "drill instructor/boot camp" feel to it. To me it always seemed (by their videos and ads), they seemed to take great pleasure in tearing one down, and given my personality, that just never seemed right to me, nor would work for me. This program however, starts with positivity, light and love. They're very encouraging, and get to know you personally, in order to help you achieve YOUR goals, not theirs. That's not to say it's easy. You're challenged every step of the way. They allow you to have your meltdowns and tantrums, and when you're done they calmly ask if you're ready to elevate. This works for personality types like me, so if any if this sounds familiar, I highly encourage you to take the 1st step! I'm several weeks in, and although I can't see the physical changes in my body yet, they can see it, I can FEEL it. In the way my clothes fit, I can feel it mentally. I have more clarity about my everyday actions, from small to large...and the impact upon MY goals. You're held accountable, but again it's not in the drill sergeant way. It's all about you and your goals, and how we mentally can put into small actions every day all day, to achieve it. I've enjoyed the program thus far and I look forward to completing it!
